我原來很高興地來到北方邦亞格拉的萬怡酒店入住三天，但不幸首晚遇到在酒店舉行的結婚喜宴高音喧擾，11月1日晚上一直搞到三點而讓我與夫人皆不能入睡，破壞了次日遊玩的興致；當住到第三晚11月3日晚餐前又有另一個婚禮舉行，超低音的擴音器又震得我們的二樓的房間不覺於耳，我門雖然提出換房間的要求，前台有答應給予更換到對面四樓的房間，但晚餐後在晚上十點我撥了三次前台，在等了半個鍾協助搬運行李的人員才到來，而在新更換房間內的拖鞋與毛巾數量皆不足，且地面打掃的不乾淨，這種狀況不該是四星級酒店的服務，而住房的安排不該將一般的客人安排在相鄰慶典的樓層，我對整體的服務品質感到失望。 I was initially delighted to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh for three days, but unfortunately, on the first night, a wedding banquet was being held at the hotel, causing a lot of noise. On November 1st, the banquet went on until 3 a.m., preventing my wife and me from sleeping and ruining our enjoyment of the next day's sightseeing. On the third night, November 3rd, another wedding was held before dinner, and the extremely low-frequency loudspeakers were so loud that we couldn't hear anything in our second-floor room. Although we requested a room change, the front desk agreed to move us to a room on the fourth floor across the street. However, after dinner, I called the front desk three times at 10 p.m. and waited for half an hour before the staff to help with our luggage arrived. In the new room, there were not enough slippers and towels, and the floor was not cleaned properly. This is not the service expected of a four-star hotel, and the room arrangement was inappropriate for placing ordinary guests on the floor adjacent to the celebration. I am disappointed with the overall service quality.

オフシーズンだからか、安く泊まれました。安いホテルの感覚で泊まったら、丁寧なおもてなしでびっくりでした。安かったですが、サービスは最高でした。建物も新しく感じ、不具合はなにも感じませんでした。朝食ビュッフェが一番満足しました。ここでいただいたチャイが一番美味しかったです。 Uberでホテルに行くときに、Uターンを2回しました。そういう場所のようです。プールもついています。プールが目的なら他のホテルがいいかもしれません。

這是我在阿格拉地區最推薦的飯店房間的整理的一塵不染，提供的飲用水也十分充足，而且浴室是印度少見的乾濕分離(通常淋浴區跟非淋浴區之間都沒有門同時提供的早餐也相當豐盛，在主餐廳裡面有非常多的食物選項而且都很美味，服務生的態度也很友善如果我還會來阿格拉的話一定會在入住此飯店

I had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The hotel’s modern and elegant design perfectly blended with the cultural charm of Agra, making it a relaxing and luxurious retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas. The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. タージマハルへ観光に行くのに利用しました。歩いてどこかに行くのは少し不便ですがUberでタクシーやリキシャを利用するのであれば全く問題ありません。リゾート感がありゆっくり過ごせました。朝食も衛生面気にしないで各種インド料理が楽しめます。

굉장히좋았어요 직원들은 항상 친절했고 수영장도 너무 좋았고 피트니스센터도 깔끔하고 체크아웃후에도 이용할수있었어요 조식은 완벽했고 다시먹고싶어요 Sahzan직원분과 그와 키가비슷한 남자직원은 조식을먹을때 와서 필요한걸물어봐주고 준비해주셨어요 다시 아그라에간다면 묵고싶어요
